Hawaii Life & The Stice Team Sell Honua Kai Property For 99% of Asking Price

I am very proud to announce that the Solid Representation of my seller clients at Konea #225 at The Honua Kai Resort and Spa in Ka’anapali, Maui, I just closed their condo today at 99% of the asking price for a total of $1,585,000. This was a long and complicated process compared to most property closings – the buyer of the property needed to sell a total of 5 different new townhome units as part of a new developer offering in San Diego, CA in order to be able to complete the purchase here in Maui. This was a long escrow, but through my guidance and negotiation ability, my sellers did very well and outperformed the average listed vs. sold price for Honua Kai resale properties.

Out-Performing the Honua Kai Market

99% vs. 97% vs. 91.5%

I was able to secure a contract price of Konea #225 at 99% of the original asking price, which was 2% above what properties at Honua Kai normally sell from their last listing price (the last list price is often even lower than the original price meaning that the out-performance margin would be even larger).

I just helped a buyer client of mine purchase Hokulani #620, another 2 bedroom at Honua Kai, and he paid 91.5% of the original asking price.

The question becomes….why wouldn’t you want me representing your best interests?
