Hawaii Big Island mango season is one of my favorite times of the year. Good thing it lasts over eight months! I feel truly blessed to have six delicious mango trees on my property. I wake up in the morning, and it’s like Mana has fallen to the ground, thank you Aina (Mother Earth) For the gift of the fruits. My mango trees are gifting me with a plethora of mangos, yummy.
There are many different ways you can eat mangos: straight up and dirty, get your fingers and lips full of the juices, or blend the yummy mangos with fresh coconut water. As long as you’re eating mangos, mangos, mangos, you will feel good and look good.
Here’s Some of the Nutritious Goodness in Mangos
