Makaha Valley Plantation – “MVP” in Makaha

Makaha Valley Plantation is such a unique community that I truly adore! Tucked away from the main road, these cluster of townhomes are the perfect community at an affordable price, with 2 bedroom units starting at $170,000 Fee Simple!

I would like to highlight the security Makaha Valley Plantation provides — it is AMAZING! Only residents living in the community are able to obtain easy access in and out of the complex. If you are a guest, you have to be “sponsored” by a resident. That requires your name to be left with security for entry. If you are a guest driving on, you have to bring along a valid drivers license, car registration, car insurance, and car safety check. With security available when you need them, you can relax at home and focus on living life!

The office has two amazing administrative executives – Jolynn and Nancy. The office is open Monday through Friday, and all staff on the grounds are so friendly and always willing to help out with any questions or issues. Nancy and Jolynn know the residents like the back of their hand and create a “family” feel when talking to them.

There are also many amenities throughout the property, including pools with BBQ areas. Not to forget the huge peacocks roaming the grounds, beautiful creatures that should not be disturbed, but so pretty to look at.

Being a little more than 30 miles from Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, the community is certainly not the most central location to the island, but prices are so reasonable here for the square feet of living area. Don’t be afraid — there are big retailers, shops and restaurants close by in Kapolei, located only about 15 miles from Makaha Valley Plantation. There are grocery stores nearby and a Longs just opened down the road which is huge news for the neighborhood.
