It’s huge! When I first started, I made a personal commitment to offer tireless service honoring each client with the highest level of ethical service. Time really does fly. It’s difficult to grasp that I’ve participated in over 1,175 sales. Over course, I haven’t always been alone in this journey that really started years ago when I was an active duty military officer where I learned the value of hard work and that working together is key.
Mealoha
My oldest daughter, Mealoha Kraus, joined me full-time in 2005. Besides Top 100, we were recognized as co-REALTORS(R) of the year by Hawaii Island Realtors in 2009. We also recently received the coveted “Best of Zillow” award (only two in the State). A product of UH-Hilo with a major in Marine Science and a minor in Hawaiian Language, Mealoha has two children who `ōlelo Hawai`i. She’s a Derby Girl who once took 3rd in a US weightlifting championship. Here’s the thing, she’s really in charge, I just think I am.
Nui
Our team members were handpicked for their background, work ethic, and willingness to offer the highest level of service. My middle daughter, Kealohanui (Nui) Browning completed her MBA at the University of Florida (Go Gators!) a few years ago. She practiced real estate initially in the fast-paced world of Miami real estate. She is very involved with the Chamber of Commerce and Halau O`hia.
Danny
I first met Danny Krause (no relation to Mealoha) when I sold his home in HPP. After leaving the healthcare industry, Danny became an agent in California. When he returned, I was thrilled that he wanted to join our team. Danny is thorough and about as nice as they come. We tease him that he should be a model, but what Danny really loves is a great rehab project.
The Team
As important as the agent side, is the support staff. We could not do it without them. Our rock is Carol Silva, who has been a licensee for as long as I can recall. She keeps escrow files and showings moving along. Our stagers (Shari and Suzy) are outstanding. I’m always amazed at their work. They make us and our listings shine! As a professional photographer, Shari knows just how I want things…(no dishes in the drain, toilet seats down, gotta look like a magazine). Ash Tsuji is our marketer. Having worked with some of the real estate heavyweights throughout the state, we are indeed lucky to have him with us even if he does seem to have way too much fun. But then, so do they all!! Lastly is our videographer (Zach), who produces 3D tours with our Matterport. Just google it, it’s very cool!
But it all comes down to this; without you, there would be no Us. Mahalo East Hawai`i!
