While construction activity behind the dust curtains continues at Stanford Carr’s proposed Kahoma Village in Lahaina, the developer’s sales office is still not releasing any information to the public or to co-operating real estate Brokers in regards to the sales, marketing, finance or steps to purchase one of the 203 single family and town home units they have planned and are in the process of building on the north end of town.

Their website that went up nearly a year ago has no new information and the site itself is no more than an “interested party” lead funnel to capture interested prospects than it is a comprehensive or remotely informational website. And, If you have registered with the site like I have or like the nearly 100 customers I’ve signed up on their behalf– I’ve received no information or follow up whatsoever. No phone calls, no emails, no mailers… nada, nothing, zilch.
Additionally, I have called their offices in Honolulu numerous times this year and have not had a single call returned (I’m sure they’re just wanting to keep their cards close to their chest). So if you’re wondering what is going on with Kahoma Village and you feel in the dark, you are not alone.
What To Do?
Judging by what I see going on nearly every day, I have to believe this gonna be a “go” soon. When it happens, I believe it will happen fast so get locked and loaded (aka: get ready). Talk to a local lender, get pre-qualified, and stay tuned here.
