HURRY – NEW Ho’opili Townhomes in Ewa Beach – Lottery Deadline June 1, 2018

New townhomes in Ho’opili are now released for sale. Due to demand for new townhomes in Ewa Beach, the process of purchasing one of the units is going to be done by a lottery. The lottery process is a way for the builder (DR Horton) to be fair and for all applicants to have an equal opportunity for acquiring one of the townhomes. There are typically more applicants than available properties. Anyone who is searching for a home in or a townhome in Ewa Beach knows how competitive the area is. Multiple offers are very common. New home inventory is also very low, which makes a townhome all the more appealing. The units come with a builder warranty, new appliances, beautifully finished kitchens and bathrooms, and are located in a convenient and picturesque location close to the highway.
