This just shows you that when something good comes on the market, it flys right off the market. This home is a perfect example of how the Ewa Beach market has been selling.

So like I said, the Ewa Beach market:
Through the last year, when a home goes on the market, usually what happens is it goes live on MLS, then there is a Broker open, then a public open house. So that means the home has been on the market for about 7 days of live time and web (internet) time. After the first public open house, agents submit their offers for their clients. So basically, a hype and a draw to the home happens the first week and then the seller can review their offers at one time to get the best offer possible. Proving that this is a hot market!

3 Commonly Requested Upgrades in a Hoakalei Home
Here are the top three features that my clients look for in the Hoakalei homes:
1. Ohana Unit Off of the Garage
This is not very common to find in the resales, so when you see one, get it!

Hoakalei homes are a very desirable market here in Ewa Beach and on Oahu. You can get a newer or brand new home in a beautiful treescaped neighborhood, with a private beach club with water crafts to play with, and Private Country Club with an Ernie Els Golf Course. All three neighborhoods come with ether a private pool, or a pool and gym and tennis court. Hoakalei is very close, like a few miles, from the next (second city) Kapolei, which includes all the shopping you need with a government building, health care facilities, parks, schools K-12, the lists goes on and on…
Interested, But Off Island?
So back to our hot market here in Ewa Beach and in the Oahu market place. If you see a home of interest and you are off island, you can still submit an offer and feel confident with the home you are buying thanks to all the new technology out there. What I do with my clients is Facetime or a Skype video call; we walk and talk and go over the home so my clients feel confident with the offer and the home they are buying.
I am bringing this up because in this hot market homes go fast and sometimes it takes several offers before you can get a home. So when clients are off island, if they happen to see a home on the internet and can’t fly out to see it, or have a move date and need to be in a home by a certain deadline, sometimes video meetings are the perfect solution. There are a lot of different scenarios, but this is a common issue, and is easily taken care of when you are taken care of by your agent and are in the right hands.
