Most of these townhomes are sold at the pre-sale stage and through a new home lottery. On occasion, a townhome may be available on a first come first serve basis. When a new lottery is announced, buyers have to be ready to enter the drawing. This is an easy process, however, it’s important to know when the lotteries are happening, and what is being offered in each lottery. Seller incentives are typically available for closing costs with Seller’s preferred lender.
