Ke’alohilani at Kehalani – 2017 Update: Reservations & Availability

Ke’alohilani is a yet to be completed single-family home development in the master planned community of Kehalani, Wailuku, Maui. Located in the foothills of the West Maui mountains, many homes will have ocean and/or mountain views.

All 88 single-family homes at Ke’alohilani became available for reservations on December 3, 2016. At this time only the prices of the homes in the first release were announced. The 7 lots released were priced from $595,000 to $638,000. Future home prices will be announced before each release and are expected to increase by $10,000-$15,000 per increment.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and applicants must be pre-qualified with D.R Horton’s in-house mortgage company. Home buyers do not need to use D.H.I. Mortgage to close, but may be rewarded up to $4,000 in closing costs if they do.

Ke’alohilani is permitting a buyer to be the primary reservation on one home only. They may also be backup on several other lots, at the developer’s discretion. For example, a home may have one primary reservation with up to 2-5 back up reservations.

Availability

As of December 27, 2016, 22 out of 88 homes are available. Of the single-story plans, all of Plan 1 (Hokulei) have been reserved and only one Plan 2 (Puana) is still available. There are many lots available with two-story floor plans. Plan 3 (Makalii) has four 3 bed/2.5 bath and four 4 bed/3.5 bath options. Plan 4 (Hokulima) has four 3 bed/2.5 bath and eight 4 bed/3 bath options.

Concerning Alohilani at Kehalani. Any more model 1 single level home available in the future?
