Tom Selman

If your reading this right now I hope that its because you are considering buying or selling a home! What an exciting time and an important decision to make. Am I the right fit for you? I’m hoping that reading about me and reading my blog posts on this page will help you decide!

I grew up in a small town in Eastern Oregon, the second to youngest with 5 siblings. Some things that I love are spending time with my wife and 2 boys, roasting and drinking really good coffee, volunteering at Awana kids club, pickleball, basketball, friendly sports competitions, hiking, and new adventures!

I first started in sales nearly 20 years ago. I have worked in almost every sales role imaginable.
From large companies like Ford and Nordstrom to owning my own businesses and many things in between. In car sales, I learned a love for negotiating. With door to door sales, I learned how to be fearless and to go for it no matter how intimidating the situation. In many ways my becoming a realtor was inevitable because for me being a realtor is where my business and passion collide!

Why choose me? There are two reasons. First of all, I'm consistent. I'm extremely organized and I do what I say I'm going to do. If something changes I proactively communicate with you. Secondly, I want to win for you. Winning for you is what drives me! I'm not just an agent, I LOVE doing this! If you choose me I'm going to take everything I’ve learned over the last 20 years in sales and business and apply in a way to give you a huge advantage in buying or selling your home!
