Stephenie Brown

REALTOR SALESPERSON

Stephenie Brown, Certified Luxury Realtor, has been Licensed in Hawaii since 2006. She’s part-Hawaiian & a native to Kauai’s North Shore, the only place that she has ever called home. Living a blessed life, she grew up exploring every part of Kauai, from the mountains to the sea. Stephenie enjoys sharing her rich Hawaiian culture & fostering culturally acceptable practices for those visiting or planning on relocating to Hawaii.

“Being raised on Kauai, I was always taught the importance of Aloha Aina which translates to, Love of the Land. It is the highest law & central idea of Native Hawaiian thought, cosmology & culture. Aloha Aina is the ecological & cultural orientations founded upon being connected to all things. We grew up watching our Kupuna (Elders) care for (Malama) & respect these lands & as a steward of these lands, it is my (Kuleana) or responsibility to share that knowledge.”

A passionate water wahine (woman) she was swimming in the kai (ocean) before she could walk & spent most of her life on or around the water. She was in the 1st graduating class for the Kauai Jr Lifeguards Program in Hanalei & has paddled Hawaiian Outrigger Canoes since she 10 years old, competing & winning in multiple State Championships & National Championships. Within the last few years with the Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Voyaging Society, Stephenie became one of few individuals that have paddled from island to island, crossing every Hawaiian Island Channel. The Kaieie Waho Channel between Oahu & Kauai, known for being the roughest of Hawaiian waters & about 100 miles long, is her favorite adventure.

Giving back to the community is very important to Stephenie. She is a Board Member for the Kilauea Neighborhood Association & an active Member of the Kauai North Shore Lion’s Club, the Kauai Chamber of Commerce, the Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce & the Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Voyaging Society. For the last few years Stephenie has helped raise monies for the Wilcox Health Foundation via the Kapiolani Children’s Miracle Network, from an Annual Helicopter Golf Ball Drop that she started.

Ua Mau ke Ea o ka Aina i ka Pono. The life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness.

Aloha,
Stephenie
