COVID19 UPDATE

Sarah Amadeo

REALTOR SALESPERSON

About me:

I was lucky enough to be born and raised on Maui. I grew up in Kula and when I was 9 years old my parents sold our home, that emotional feeling that I experienced at a young age sparked an interest in Real Estate that I have never let go of.

After college in California, I worked for a Real Estate Investor on Maui for over 10 years. I managed all aspects of his portfolio; commercial, residential and large-scale preconstruction residential development projects. I learned an incredible amount from this position.

In 2010 I built my first home in Kula and installed a Photovoltaic (Solar) system that wiped out my entire electric bill. That led me into the world of Solar Power. I was recruited to work for a local contractor for 5 years and learned all the aspects of Electrical Contracting as well as financing options, utility programs and tax incentives. From there I stepped up to work for a Solar Panel Manufacturer and sold over 35 Megawatts of Solar panels to local contractors statewide in the following 5 years. I not only got to give back to my community with environmental impacts, I helped thousands of local families save money and set up their future in a positive way.

Fast forward to 2021, Pandemic has changed so much and priorities for many have realigned or taken a different direction. I felt that this was the perfect time for me to transition my career from Solar to Real Estate. I am extremely driven and hard working. I am one of those people who always finds a way. I love to be challenged and I work well under pressure.

I have a big family with 5 children!! Ke’alohi 20 yo, Leimomi 15 yo, Iwalani 12 yo, Mana Nui 8 yo, & baby Lucky. Family is everything!! We love to adventure off the beaten path, camping, fishing, horseback riding and taking care of our mini farm. We love animals!! We have goats, chickens, quails, dogs and cats on our 1 acre property in Kula. “The goats are out” is yelled by someone on the daily. We live a simple Maui life, no complaints and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but here!

Maui No Ka Oi

Aloha,
Sarah
