Pamela Deery

I first came to live in Hawaii in 1973 with my sisters for the summer. It was love at first sight and I knew I would be back to live full time.

I returned to the mainland to complete my education & raise my family. I sold real estate in the San Francisco area for several years before moving to Bend Oregon, where I started my own boutique real estate company representing residential, bare land & new development.

I finally found my way back to the islands in 2003. While it had changed in the 30 years since my first visit; it was still the paradise I longed for.

I work with a team of real estate professionals consisting of two brokers, a transaction manager and marketing team. This enables us to focus on each and every aspect of the buying and selling process. We provide exceptional service to both buyers and sellers with virtually no risk of anything falling between the cracks. Our team is friendly and hard-working. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, exceptional marketing skills, and knowledge of the market. Our sales record is evidence we get the job done. And we get it done with a lot of care and compassion for our clients’ needs, along with skill and dedication to each and every transaction.

I would have to say my specialty is in upper end residential and condo sales from the Resorts to Hamakua. I am also active in land/lot sales on the west side of the island helping buyers through the process of planning, financing and building their homes from the ground up through my valuable professional connections.

I live the resort life myself living full time in Mauna Lani and am proud to be able to say that most of my friendships have been made in this intriguing profession. I pride myself in my listening skills and vast experience in real estate in which I feel blessed to have made so many friends; of both clients and peers alike.
