Nathan Barnes

I was born and raised in Haiku, Maui, and grew up surfing the world-class surf breaks on Maui. A graduate of Maui High School, I then studied Computer Science at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, and have been working for almost 20 years in the tech sector here on Maui.
My passion for real estate started in 2004 with the construction of a house and cottage in Kihei. That deal started a lifelong passion in building wealth through real estate investing, passive rental income, and property management.
