Mark Storfer manages the commercial real estate division at The CHOI Group with Hawai‘i Life. He has a broad range of experience in commercial real estate that encompasses multi-family properties, industrial, office, retail, and tenant/landlord leasing representation.
In 2007, Mark was awarded the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, joining more than 10,000 designees worldwide as a recognized expert in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Mark was the 2012 President of the Hawai‘i Chapter for CCIM.
As a licensed real estate broker in Hawai‘i, Mark is also active in several community organizations and professional associations. He serves as Chairman of the Retail Merchants of Hawai‘i (RMH), as Director of the Hawai‘i Visitor and Convention Bureau (HVCB), as Director of Smart Business Hawai‘i (SBH), and as Director of the Honolulu Executives Association (HEA). Mark is also the past President of the Kahala Community Association and a former public official, elected to the City & County of Honolulu Neighborhood Board #3.
With degrees in both Business Finance and Fashion Design, Mark is a highly experienced business executive who has held executive management positions for several high profile apparel and retail corporations prior to his real estate career. These have included roles at Hilo Hattie, Liberty House Hawaii, Guess Jeans, Inc., and Bugle Boy Industries. Mark is also currently the President of The CKC Group, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in business management and corporate reorganization for both public and private sector companies.
