Lovia Publico

Growing up & raised on the west side of Hawai'i Island in South Kona I remember the days of adventuring from mauka to makai. Wether I running on lava the rocks & spearing fish down in Kealakekua Bay or in the mac nut farms catching baby wild boars to now living on the east side in Hilo with my husband Ben; I have always had a deep love & appreciation for the simple Big Island life.

So much so I recently joined the tiny home movement. My tiny home is approximately 266 sq ft, powered by solar energy, with two lofts, full size daybed, kitchen & a custom river-tiled rain shower that we designed and built ourselves.

If youʻre looking for a down to earth, hard working & fun loving personality to help guide you through your real estate experience, Iʻm definetly your Island Girl!

I love working with Lovia! She makes the process of looking for a home enjoyable. I was worried that this would be stressful but her knowledge, patience, understanding and humor all helped me so much. Although we're still looking, I'm confident that we'll find the right home for me in the near  future!Less

Working with Lovia was a true pleasure. She assisted us with the purchase of our first home on the Hawaiian islands and worked extremely hard to make the process as smooth as possible for us. She excelled in communications and time management all while dealing with a difficult underwriter at our  bank. We would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell and we look forward to working with her again for our future real estate needs.
