Aloha, I'm Lovette Llantos. For close to 20 years, I've been a top-producing Realtor-Broker on the Big Island of Hawai‘i. After experiencing a wide variety of business models, I joined Hawai‘i Life as Broker-in-Charge in 2020 to help lead the company's Hawai‘i Island team of real estate professionals.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in Washington, DC. My professional experience includes executive leadership, association management, property management, productivity coaching, agent mentorship, and professional sales training.
I've honed my real estate expertise through industry-specific continuing education, earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI®) designation, among other achievements. Through continuing education, I've gained in-depth knowledge of real estate, legal and regulatory issues, and completed advanced education in technology and professional standards.

I have dedicated myself as a volunteer with the organization, serving on the board and multiple committees over the years. I have also served on the board of directors of West Hawaii Association of Realtors (WHAR) and Hawai‘i Island Realtors (HIR).
In 2009, I was proud to be recognized by Filipina Women’s’ Network with the FWN100 Award™, given to the Top 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the USA for outstanding professional and community leadership. During my time living in Washington, DC, I served as chairperson of the Philippine American Foundation for Charities (PAFC) and president of the Filipino Young Professionals of Washington, DC.
Here in Hawaii, I am a committed supporter of numerous Big Island charitable causes, dedicating my time as vice president of the Kona Visayan Club. I am the founder of the Fil-Am Hawai‘i Foundation and the Annual Fil-Am Friendship Tennis Charity Fundraiser. I am also the vice president and Director of the West Hawai‘i District Tennis Association.
In my free time, I love practicing hula, playing tennis and volleyball, and being an active volunteer in my community and at my place of worship.
