ALOHA, I am a real estate agent on the Island of Oahu, Hawai'i. I moved here to the beautiful island of Oahu, 10 years ago from Tokyo. I was born in Anaheim, California, where I lived for 10 years and was also raised in Phoenix, Arizona for 9 years.
When I first moved to Hawaii, I was a Sophomore at Mililani High School, where I cheered for the Mililani Trojans. After graduating from Mililani High School in 2011, I decided to major in real estate finance and entrepreneurship at the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I wanted to further my understanding of real estate, so I decided to obtain my Master's degree, and in the Spring of 2018, I successfully obtained my "MBA in Project Management." Personally, this has proven to be useful in real estate projects/developments and managing real estate projects.
Always wanting to learn more in order to better serve my clients, I went on to obtain my GRI classes (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and look forward to successfully obtaining my Broker's license later this year. I take great pride in knowing that my clients are satisfied and my goal is to prosper together with them. I enjoy guiding my first-time homeowner clients through purchases of residential condos/ single-family homes, as well as guiding large companies through acquisitions of commercial real estate (vacant land, multi apartments, hotels, etc.).
I am fluent in Japanese and English as I spoke Japanese at home while I spoke English outside of the home, and my parents also enrolled me in Japanese Saturday schools (which I REALLY hated going to at the time)... but, since my parents have helped me become bilingual, I am EXTREMELY thankful for them. Since the age of 10, I've helped my family and friends with their real estate purchases by translating English/Japanese in their transactions. I became a realtor at age 21, and I've been in LOVE with my life career!
Being a daughter of a former sushi restaurant owner, I LOVE making sushi (and of course to eat sushi), hiking, surfing/bodyboarding, and playing with my mini doxies (miniature dachshunds). A week out of each year, I enjoy visiting my friends and family back in Tokyo, and go to hot springs "onsen!" I am so blessed in life to have a super handsome 7-month baby boy, Ethan, and the most amazing, supportive boyfriend, Trenton. I LOVE these boys so much and they mean the world to me. Our small family loves to go swimming, biking, and playing tennis together! Trenton also works in the commercial real estate field and is a great role model for me. We are a real estate family team that yearns for the outdoors, doing fun activities and meeting different people. We really love the lifestyle of living in Hawai'i and are lucky to live in Hawai'i. I LOVE my Hawai’i life!
