Maui Ocean View Condo – Ho’olei at Wailea

Ever wondered what it would be like to own a tropical villa just a stone’s throw away from a first-class resort? Ho‘olei at Grand Wailea is one of Maui’s most unique real estate opportunities—a community with resort amenities in the heart of Wailea.

Luxury Maui Condo

Paradise All Around You

The two-story Ho‘olei villas are located just a crosswalk away from the front steps of the world-renowned Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa—and from there, you are a short stroll away from Wailea’s world-famous beaches. Bordered by the Wailea Blue Golf Course on three sides and facing the Pacific Ocean on the fourth. Ho‘olei at Grand Wailea is a secure enclave of villas. Ho‘olei is ideal for an extended vacation, family reunion or romantic getaway—anytime of the year.

Master Bedroom with a View

Something for Everybody to Smile About

I’d say the most obvious selling point of Ho‘olei is the picture-perfect location. But the interiors of these villas are definitely something to write home about, too. With three floorplans to choose from, the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath luxury villas are sure to elicit a few “oohs” and “ahhs” with up to 3,200-square-feet of living space, contemporary kitchens, private elevators and attached one-car garages (which is considered by many to be a rarity in Wailea condos). Ho‘olei offers all of the perks of living in Wailea: close proximity to the away from Wailea Golf Resort’s championship Gold and Emerald courses (which, along with the Blue course, have been ranked among the best in the nation), Wailea Tennis ClubThe Shops at Wailea, a smorgasbord of first-class restaurants, and (of course) the beach.

As a Ho‘olei owner, you will also have privileged access to the Wailea Blue Golf Course and the Wailea Tennis Center, as well as “preferred status” at Spa Grande at the Grand Wailea Resort. If you’d prefer to stay close to home, however, the property has its fair share of first-class amenities, including a tropical pool, sauna, waterfall, and a state–of–the–art fitness facility. It’s convenient to have these amenities right in your backyard, but I highly recommend checking out the neighborhood, so to speak. The Grand Wailea Resort & Spa is home to island style fine dining (including a must try HumuHumunukunukuapua’a), the world-renowned Spa Grande, and shopping galore. But wait, there’s more. Much more.

Take a Dip

The adults-only Hibiscus Pool is a 4,850-square-foot pool with two bubbling Jacuzzis. For kids of all ages (including big kids like myself), the Wailea Canyon Activity Pool is arguably the resort’s piece de resistance: it is a 25,700-square-foot, 770,000-gallon pool, with nine free-form pools on six separate levels that are connected by a “lazy river.” As if that wasn’t spectacular enough, the activity pool is also outfitted with a “Tarzan” rope swing (which is monitored by staff during pool hours), the only “water elevator” on Planet Earth (a hydrological feat that would be difficult to describe here), waterfalls, caves, Jacuzzis, saunas and swim-up bar. Now that’s what I call paradise. I think you might agree. Of course, you’ll have to see it for yourself. And trust me, there’s much more to Ho‘olei at Grand Wailea than I’ve described here. I would be happy to provide more information or answer any questions you may have—maybe we can try out the “Tarzan” swing, too.
