Keala o Wailea’s 1st Resale Hits the Market – Up 50%

The market activity on Maui is absolutely sizzling right now with good properties going for top dollar and in record time. Now that all developer units have been sold, and to take advantage of the season, Wailea’s newest baby, Keala o Wailea has just seen its first resale hit the market.

Unit 10 is a front row gem with high ceilings, a clean, modern design and listed at $1.399. Framed by the views of Lana‘i Island and the Pacific Ocean, this is the best value on the market for the price. A corner residence with only 1 neighbor overlooking the greens of the famous Wailea Blue Golf Course. You will feel “in awe” as soon as you enter through the front door from this show-stopping view unit. This is the ultimate dream in the Wailea Resort.

Capture outstanding vistas from the living room, master, and kitchen in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brand new condo. Private and functional, this place is sophisticated and elegant with neutral tones and quality finishes. The open kitchen is complete with teak cabinets and Bosch appliances. Dine on your lanai from your gas grill as you watch whales frolic in the distance.

The central a/c system, 2 deeded parking spaces, and exterior storage are all thoughtful finishes to the design of this highly coveted new construction. Located within close proximity to the community pool, spa and recreation room. See full details here.

We just don’t see views at these prices this new. Walkable to The Shops at Wailea and the Monkeypod Kitchen at The Wailea Gateway Center.

Now for the reality… these Sellers, were actually buyers 3 1/2 years ago, taking a risk on a dirt lot with a “proposed” view. Once the right buyer steps into this amazing space, they will potentially make 46% MORE than they originally paid for it.

It’s amazing what a smart investment in Wailea can do for you. Thinking about new construction? Reach out, there are some opportunities I’d love to share with you.

Hey John I had no idea that the housing market on Maui was booming and this should excite any individual looking to buy real estate in Maui. However, some potential buyers may instead want to rent and would like information on who they are renting from. Potential renters should take a thorough look at some landlord apps to read up on landlords and to make a decision on whether to rent from them or not. A place in Maui is out of reach for me right now, but I hope that the market there continues to grow and expand as I get older.
