Born and raised on O‘ahu, I graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of Hawai‘i. For my entire life, I’ve enjoyed surfing and exploring the outdoors all over the island. I grew up in Hawai’i Kai and now own on the waterfront myself. I will always consider it home because I believe in the quality of life it enables and, consequently, have extensive knowledge of the market in this area. While I know the greater Honolulu market the best, I have successfully assisted buyers and sellers from Makaha to Kailua.
I’ve been in real estate for more than 15 years and I’ve successfully sold every property that I’ve listed for my clients. I am skilled at helping first-time homebuyers to C-suite executives investing in O‘ahu’s ever-growing real estate market — and I’ve served every kind of buyer and seller in between.
I meet most of my clients at what we like to call “board meetings” here in Hawai’i, surfing in my backyard. I approach each client relationship as a friendship. While I’ve travelled all across Europe, Asia, Central America, and The Pacific including multiple trips to Indonesia, Tahiti and Fiji, I always love coming home to Hawai‘i.
I prefer to keep it old school: I don’t solicit clients on social media and I don’t advertise or put my face on any park benches. I have an email address and a cell phone where my clients can easily reach me at anytime.
As a side hustle, I work as a stunt double and actor in film and television productions and am a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG). I’ve been fortunate to have some interesting speaking roles and stunt gigs along the way. Through this, I have met some awesome actors and crew-members who have since become friends and clients.
If you like to keep it old school, talk story, have meetings in the water, and build trust with the people you do business with, then please give me a call. I’d love to meet you, surf with you, and share in the special quality of life we enjoy together in Hawai'i.
