Day H.O. Ching

REALTOR ASSOCIATE, SRES, SRS

Aloha, and thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. In short...I was born and raised on the island of Kauai and grew up in the cozy lil' neighborhood of Hanapepe, known as Kauai’s Biggest Little Town. In 1975, my mom was offered a job promotion which lead to our family moving to Oahu. I am the youngest of three and currently live in east Oahu with my husband, daughter and Boston Terrier, Penny.

Before launching my real estate career in 2013, I served for 15 years as a police officer with the Honolulu Police Department and as a legal secretary for ten years before that. Both of these previous careers gave me an eye for detail, a knack for negotiating, and the opportunity to help people and my community.

What I enjoy most about real estate are the wonderful people I meet, and the sense of accomplishment that comes with helping them move forward with their lives through their real estate needs.

For fun and relaxation, I enjoy traveling with my family, dining with friends, spending quiet time with a good book and reading the bible. My daughter and I have a lot of fun shelling, shopping and driving around taking photos of our Hawai'i Life.

Please reach out to me and let's "talk story" about your real estate goals. You can reach me at 808-382-2729 or via email at dayching@hawaiilife.com for assistance with your O‘ahu, Hawai‘i real estate needs.

What my clients are saying...

You will forever hold a special place in our hearts. With you, we were able to “seal the deal” on our first and “forever" home in Hawaii, in the neighborhood we first brought Zach home to when he was born. How special it is for us to be able to do that.
