I believe clients want a realtor that cares more about them than they do about making another deal. I believe the acquisition or selling of real estate is the largest financial decision we can make in our lives, and so all transactions should be treated like the big deal that they truly are. I believe that our work is a reflection of who we are and if we think highly of ourselves, it will show in our work. Whether it’s leaving a cherished home where priceless memories were made, finding a new place to call home, or an investment property to help you reach other goals, I realize there is a lot more than just money involved.

These decisions greatly impact one’s day-to-day personal life and overall wellbeing. I hold great consideration for the bigger picture above the bottom line. I respect that the big decisions all belong to my clients and know my role as a source of knowledge for specialized consultation and as an access key to the resources necessary to see everything through to its optimum closing. I work hard to ensure that my clients feel confident that they made the best-informed decisions and are happy with what we can accomplish together working with respect as partners.

I thrive on setting the bar higher and I am adept at drawing from ingenuity when needed. I believe a picture is worth a thousand words and I make sure that my clients' properties are showcased in their greatest light to potential buyers, which includes the use of professional photography and staging services. And of course, my client’s privacy and confidence are very important to me. I understand the occasional need for concierge services for out of state clients and am happy to accommodate them.

I love to share my passion for life and an appreciation for beautiful places in the world. I have successfully launched and sold two profitable lifestyle businesses catering to international customers and clients, both in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. and on Florida’s Suncoast in Sarasota. It was a thrill to negotiate and win contracts and positive relationships with global brands such as The Ritz Carlton, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Princess Cruises, resulting in numerous awards for excellence in service, satisfaction, and sales. The other quickly took the lead in the thriving local mind and body spa industry by providing the next-level, highest quality products, and services utilizing electronic marketing to extend our reach internationally. I successfully negotiated the sale of the businesses, which are both still thriving today. I believe this is the result of laying down well-researched plans, building strong foundations and my ability to see open opportunities in the marketplace and becoming the best at fulfilling them.

My business, marketing, and negotiating skills serve equally well in the purchasing and selling of Kauai real estate for primary homes, second homes, renovation projects, or rental investments. It was through, many of my own personal investments in real estate that I learned I had a natural ability for finding great values and for showcasing properties. I am now enjoying being able to share it with others. You’ll find me to be an experienced and enthusiastic partner in helping you to achieve all of your Kauai real estate needs, goals and dreams.

I first moved to Princeville on the north shore of Kauai in 1995 with my husband and started our family here. I am also very familiar with life in eastern Kauai, having also lived on the Wailua rim. I stay connected to the whole island by enjoying its friendly beach and small town communities, epic hiking trails, rivers and Pacific waters. Keeping the mind, body, and spirit in balance and joy, with at least one hand in a creative project, is what you will find me at play with during my leisure time. Living with Aloha. Living the Hawaii Life.
