I believe that our work is a reflection of who we are and if we think highly of ourselves, it will show in our work. Whether it’s leaving a cherished home where priceless memories were made, finding a new place to call home, or an investment property to help you reach other goals, I realize there is a lot more than just money involved.

I have successfully launched and sold two profitable lifestyle businesses catering to international customers and clients, both in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. and on Florida’s Suncoast in Sarasota. It was a thrill to negotiate and win contracts and positive relationships with global brands such as The Ritz Carlton, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Princess Cruises, resulting in numerous awards for excellence in service, satisfaction, and sales. The other quickly took the lead in the thriving local mind and body spa industry by providing the next-level, highest quality products, and services utilizing electronic marketing to extend our reach internationally. I successfully negotiated the sale of the businesses, which are both still thriving today. I believe this is the result of laying down well-researched plans, building strong foundations and my ability to see open opportunities in the marketplace and becoming the best at fulfilling them.

I first moved to Princeville on the north shore of Kauai in 1995 with my husband and started our family here. I am also very familiar with life in eastern Kauai, having also lived on the Wailua rim. I stay connected to the whole island by enjoying its friendly beach and small town communities, epic hiking trails, rivers and Pacific waters.
