We’re committed to our fiduciary responsibilities of loyalty and obedience to you, so we avoid what’s called a ‘Dual Agency’ transaction in which we “represent” both parties.

Hawaii Life was originally a Buyer’s Brokerage. We learned from that experience that people don’t want a ‘neutral’ party handling their real estate transaction, they want a full-service real estate broker working to advance their best interests.
