Beverly’s family has been in real estate since the early 1900s in California. She started her career as a title examiner just out of college and has been investing in real estate since 1967. In 1992, when Beverly and her family came to the Big Island of Hawaii, they fell in love with the Hamakua Coast -- cascading waterfalls, tropical flowers, crashing waves...and the breathtaking views! Beverly’s father, a vineyard owner in Northern California, instilled in her an instinctual knowledge and understanding of the importance of agriculture and land values. Drawing from her dad's lessons, Beverly’s knowledge of the land and people of Hawaii is rooted in her ability to make and grow relationships based on trust.
