Caron A. Ling is a Realtor with Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers and has been practicing real estate since April 2004. Caron was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is a graduate of Henry J. Kaiser High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Hawaii. In 2009, Caron was named a recipient of the prestigious People’s Choice Aloha 'Aina Realtor Award from the Honolulu Board of Realtors. This award is presented to Realtor Associates who have demonstrated exceptional service and follow-up to their clients and peers. Caron was recently honored as one of the top twelve “A-List” agents of 2010, nationally, by the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

Prior to her career in real estate, Caron held her license in property and casualty insurance as well as accident and health insurance for four years working for two prominent Hawaii insurance companies and one commercial insurer. She uses her knowledge in sales, customer service and also marketing, from her internship with a premier Hawaii advertising company, to benefit her clients in the sale and purchase of their new home. Caron has the enthusiasm, passion and hardworking skills to go the extra mile for every single one of her clients. Due to her passion for real estate and for her clients, Caron became a top producer for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties within her first six months and during her first full year, she achieved Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society which is reserved for associates who achieve $5.3 million in sales as well as their Outstanding New Experienced Agent Award in 2009.

Caron’s outside activities include being up-to-date on current events as they pertain to the real estate market and her clients. She also enjoys playing golf, tennis, snowboarding and spending quality time with family and friends. Her real estate and professional membership affiliations include being one of the founders of the Hawaii Young Professionals Network, member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Honolulu Board of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Council of Residential Specialists (National), the Hawaii Aloha Chapter of CRS and the National Association of Professional Women. She also currently serves as a Board of Director for Catholic Charities.
