Maui Agents: Gary Bland, R(S), ABR, e-Pro

Gary M. Bland joined Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers in February 2011 with over ten years of Real Estate Sales history in Maui residential homes, land and condominium sales. Gary is quick to bring his expertise to the table. After enjoying two years with Prudential Iwado in Kahului, Gary's Real Estate career included five years sales history with Century 21 All Islands in Wailea, serving communities of Maui County with listings, purchases and just "plain ol' good advice." (In the very beginning of his Real Estate venture, Gary worked with a home-grown, family-run office called Monty D. Fitts Realtors, which set the cornerstone of his knowledge, training and down-home Aloha Spirit!) This career pathway makes a clear statement as to who Gary is. With his solid background, Gary is thoroughly involved in providing facts on all areas of Maui, along with good faith information, getting the job done.

Gary enjoys the way of life on Maui and in Hawaii, and looks forward to personally sharing with you his experiences of living in paradise and how the past 14 years have brought a peaceful living atmosphere for him and his family. Gary and his family have visited the neighboring islands many times, learning about and appreciating the varying cultures.

Gary promotes “Family First” and would like to take this opportunity to introduce his wonderful wife, Ana. Four of their five children; Joshua, Jamie, Tatum and Angie live near Denver, Colorado, while one sibling, Julie, lives much closer on the island of Oahu.

Gary’s resume’ is a healthy list of education and experiences; from creating parts for the Space Shuttle to a medical career in Respiratory Therapy.  Other passions include his annual participation in the county’s Maui Toys for Tots Run, and also motorcycle riding and racing.  Gary also owns a dragster motorcycle on which his racing partner, David, does all the riding and garnering of trophies.

The island of Maui and its communities are vitally important to Gary, instilling in him a sense of place and being. He looks forward to making this dream life in paradise a reality for you, too.
