Monica has made Hawaii her home since 2002. Before living on Kauai, Monica lived in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii for six years, where she also worked in residential real estate. She has earned a reputation for thorough diligence and enthusiastic attention to detail. “My greatest joy in this profession is helping people find their home here in beautiful Hawaii, and walking them through the entire purchase process.”
Monica’s first career was working in the early days of the infomercial industry, helping to coordinate some of the first “long form advertising” on television. This was followed later by working on a team producing software designed to predict the activity of the stock market.
Today, working as a Realtor provides an opportunity to bring together her people skills and technical skills in one place, offering you the best experience possible whether you are buying your dream home or investment property, or selling property, here on the Garden Isle of Kauai.
When she is not working, Monica is very busy raising two beautiful children, trying to learn to golf and surf, volunteering at the Humane Society with her kids and enjoying all that the stunning Island of Kauai has to offer.
