Marisa dreamed of living in a tropical paradise for most of her life and her dreams became reality when she, her husband, 3 dogs and cat finally moved to Kauai. Now she wants to help make this dream a reality for you by offering her experience firsthand. Originally from New Jersey, Marisa spent twenty years in the corporate world as VP of Communications for an HMO before relocating to South Florida and entering the field of real estate. In addition to her sales experience she and her husband developed a 10,000 sq. ft Morrocan palace on the beach in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. With this project she earned valuable expertise in high end vacation rentals and management.
Her passions are yoga, cooking, gardening, power walking and loving life.
