Ken was born and raised on Maui. He graduated from Maui High School and attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He then moved to Los Angeles to pursue a successful career as a professional dancer. Real Estate ultimately called him and he was licensed in the state of California in 1989. He most recently worked for a very large brokerage firm. Throughout his 20+ year career, he has achieved many sales accolades. His proudest moment was when he achieved the Chairman's Circle designation, representing the top 3% of agent sales nationwide. He was also a board member of the brokerage's Charitable Foundation and has produced many charity events.

His sales focus was residential sales, however, he has represented banks and asset management companies in the selling of their distressed properties. He understands the emotional aspects of purchasing and selling homes as he has bought and sold several in the past few years, yet understands the business aspects as well. Some of Ken's designations include Ecobroker, SRES, (Senior Real Estate Specialist), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and he is also a Certified Energy Surveyor. Ken is at the forefront of energy efficiency. He conducts presentations on how to make your homes more energy efficient in the most cost effective way.

Just as Real Estate called him in the 80's, Maui called him back to the island. He has never appreciated the beauty of the island more so than now. His sales career combines his mainland know how with the island lifestyle. Ken now lives in the Maui Meadows area of Kihei. Ken's motto is; "SUCCESS…ONE SALE AT A TIME".
