Kauai Agents: Katerina Norman, REALTOR(S)

Born in communist Czechoslovakia, Katerina always knew there had to be something, somewhere better. After graduating high school at an English-government sponsored school, she took the opportunity to study in the United States as an exchange student. During her studies, she married her husband James and has since resided in the United States. Living in the San Francisco Bay area for 9 years and subsequently traveling, Katerina and her James eventually made their way to Kaua'i. After spending "a whole week" on the Garden Island, they decided to call Kauai home. In 2006, they bought a house in Kapaa town, and by March of 2007 they had relocated their household, including their garage door business and two rescued dogs.

With her analytical mindset and background in statistics, social economics, journalism and customer service, Katerina is an entrepreneur who understands people and their needs as well as historical market data. Katerina's wide variety of hobbies and interests include scuba diving, skydiving, and cooking. She is an active member of the local Rotary club, and provides volunteer care for war veterans.
