Courtney grew up on the magical north shore of Kauai and is truly a Kauai Girl! She attended Hanalei Elementary School and the Hawaii Preparatory Academy. Throughout those early years, the Kauai lifestyle contributed to the person that she is today. Her love and knowledge of the island is apparent in her enthusiasm as she shares Kauai with her Clients.

To broaden her horizons, Courtney attended college on the “mainland”. After graduating from Lynn University in Florida, Courtney returned to Kauai to begin a successful real estate career in 2001. She joined the family brokerage, Hanalei North Shore Properties, which her mother started in 1980. Working closely with her top-producing mom, she quickly “learned the ropes” and went on to become the Broker-in-Charge in 2006.

In 2009 Courtney became increasingly impressed with the rapidly growing success and market presence of Hawaii Life Real Estate Services, LLC. The cutting-edge technology, progressive marketing style and integrity of the brokerage lured Courtney and most of the skilled Hanalei North Shore Properties team to merge with Hawaii Life.

Courtney is a great negotiator, communicator, and “matchmaker” of people to properties. She has listed and sold over millions in real estate and has many happy returning Clients.

Throughout the years Courtney has traveled to such places as Europe, Israel, Japan, Tahiti, New Zealand, and throughout the US. She is an avid yogini, hula dancer, runner, stand up paddle boarder, and outdoor adventurer.
