Ward Urban Village Illustration General Growth Properties is now back on track with Ward Neighborhood development as it emerges from bankruptcy, and makes a new deal with Howard Hughes Corp, as detailed in a recent Star-Advertiser article. The redevelopment plan in Kakaako includes 20 condo towers, and as many as 4,300 residential units, towering up to 400 feet.
