When you’re looking at the detailed information of a property you’ll notice a “Calculate Payments” link:

Turns out the automated script responsible for the daily update had a bug so that we did not have any new properties for a while there.

The good news is that I caught the bug and now everything is running smoothly. So for all you looking for homes, condos and land on Maui, have fun. There are a bunch of new properties to look at : )
