Michele is the type of person who loves to get hold of a new idea by facing the challenges directly and making it work. Raised in San Diego, California, Michele and her father owned a dry-cleaning business in the early 1990s. At the same time, she was selling new homes for an Orange County developer north of their location. One day, a couple who were customers of her shop approached Michele and asked if she could sell their home. She explained she couldn't due to her commitment to the developer, but gave the notion some serious thought. The next day, Michele made a few life-altering changes and joined a real estate firm. Within six months, she was nominated at her brokerage as Rookie Of The Year!
Within a few short years, Michele was able to make some investments and purchased a home in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. When the tenants moved out, Michele did not delay and moved right in. It wasn't long before Michele earned her Hawaii real estate license and was able to became an in-demand agent. In 2010, Michele was nominated as Realtor Salesperson Of The Year by members of the Kona Board of Realtors. She attributes her success to a number of reasons, but mostly because she thoroughly enjoys her clients and gives each of them top priority.
While Michele stays on top of all real estate happenings around Hawaii, her specialty areas on the Big Island include Kailua-Kona, Waikoloa, the Kapoho coastal region and many inland communities. Michele absolutely loves Kua Bay on the upper west side of the Big Island.
