On his first visit to Kona for a real estate conference Erik fell in love with Old Hawaii, the vintage 50's beach houses, coffee shacks and sleepy small towns overlooking the ocean. It was time to escape urban California for the simple life still to be found on the Kona Coast. Erik found his Hawaii Life near Keauhou Bay.
