Why I Live in The Legends at Maui Lani

There is a great sense of community here in The Legends at Maui Lani. I speak from experience.

On many evenings you will find families riding bikes together and people walking dogs. The neighbors will gather at the end of the cul-de-sac and talk story as the kieki play. Holidays here are celebrated with a bang; families come from all over the island to see how far we are taking our Christmas decorating over the top each year. Kids come from all over to trick-or-treat here as well. The bang comes in on New Year’s Eve, and Independence Day we get together and have fireworks parties. Centrally located and close to the airport, Costco, and Target.

Amenities

We are situated by The Dunes of Maui Lani Golf Course and have arguably one the best restraunts around, “Café O’Lei.” The Dunes has a lighted driving range, so if you want to hit a quick bucket after dinner, this is the spot.

There is a sports complex coming to the neighborhood, complete with softball and soccer fields. If you have kids or are planning to start, this is a great place for you. Pomaika’i is the elementary school in Maui Lani. It has an aftercare run by the YMCA that allows you to pick up your kids at 5:00 for parents who work into the late afternoon.

Want to Call The Legends Home?

There are only three active listings in The Legends at Maui Lani. Two are 3 bed, 3 bath homes and one a 4 bed, 3 bath home. Let me know if you would like to see one today.
