Winter on the North Shore of Kauai means huge waves, a little bit more tropical rain showers (rain = waterfalls!), and the arrival of the Snowbirds. Like their namesake, people flock (pun intended) to our tropical climate to escape the cold. While sunning away the winter chill, quite a few of these “birds” fall in love with the lifestyle and decide to buy, making up a large portion of our winter Kauai real estate sales.
