There is also a separate corral for farm animals and the University of Hawaii utilizes this farm as a cocoa test site.

Coffee Processing

Next to the main home is a state-of-the-art coffee wet mill and concrete drying rack. From the stainless steel machinery and tanks, to the other imported equipment, no expense was spared. Sweet Spirit Farms deserves nothing but the best.

The Worker’s Cottage

Located towards the bottom of the property for maximum privacy is the guest house, or worker’s cottage, built in 2011. This cottage is complete with vast ocean views, great room and kitchen, living room, attached lanai, bathroom, and 20ft yurt used as a bedroom. It is completely off grid with both solar and propane for power. It’s perfect for housing workers or family. *The main home is on solar as well but is connected to the grid.
