Pineapple Hill Market Update – November Proves To Be a Fairly Quiet Month

November at Pineapple Hill started with 13 active properties on the market and came to an end with one additional property being listed, bringing the total to 14. None of the properties that were actively listed went under contract and there were no new sales during November. You could say it was a fairly quiet month; however, there were a couple of changes and details I wanted to bring to your attention.
