Wailele Ridge Reservation Lottery (Dec. 2015) – Napili’s Newest Condo Community

Wailele Ridge, the latest residential condominium complex to be built in Napili, is now accepting applications to be entered in a lottery taking place on December 2, 2015 from 4:00-6:00pm. You do not need to be present to enter. The buyers’ names will be chosen at random and will determine their position in selecting a unit at the release of Phase 1. Buildings included in Phase 1 are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 17, and 18.

This lottery is open only to primary residence and second home buyers at this time. All participants must submit proof of cash funds or a pre-qualification letter. Investors will be permitted at a future date.

Wailele Ridge consists of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condos. Garages and ocean views may be a possibility with select units. Prices range from the low $400,000s-$900,000s.
