Our grand opening will be today, November 13th, and the office will be open for both agent and client use. The new office is on the second floor of the Laulani Village Shopping Center off of Fort Weaver Road at Keaunui Drive, across the parking lot from the Safeway and just above a dental center and Italian restaurant. The exact address is 91-1121 Keaunui Dr, Suite #216 in Ewa Beach.

We now have about 200 agents and our website is Hawaii’s #1 real estate search engine, with an average of 270,000 monthly visitors. Hawaii Life listings are viewed 420% more than non-Hawaii Life listings as a result of a boost in our search algorithm, allowing us to bring even more qualified buyers to our clients’ listings. In fact, the Hawaii Life website had more than 2.9 million visitors in 2014, due in part to the 22 million people who watch our Hawaii Life reality show on HGTV.
Expanding in Leeward Oahu
Our office grand opening is on November 13th from 4-7pm. Following the blessing of the office, we will have great food, entertainment, and fun lined up. We chose to open in Ewa Beach because it is one of Oahu’s hottest neighborhoods with listings currently selling in an average of 12 days on the market. Demand on this side of the island is very high and we are excited to now be perfectly situated to serve the needs of this community!
