With plans in the works for its massive luxury 22-tower Master Planned community known as Ward Village, Howard Hughes Corp. is igniting the second renaissance of urban Honolulu specifically in the Ala Moana and Kakaako neighborhoods.
While so many luxury and ultra luxury condo buildings are slated for construction, the Hawaii Community Development Authority has mandated Howard Hughes Corp. to develop housing for the workforce.
