The Residences of Laulea – A New Development in Mauna Lani

Mauna Lani has a new upscale golf course development coming in 2015! Laulea is located on So. Kaniku Drive just past Champion Ridge and the Golf Clubhouse, on the first fairway of Mauna Lani’s south course. It is within easy walking distance to the Beach Club, club house, and the Shops at Mauna Lani. This is exciting news as yet another option within the Kohala coastline resorts.

The Laulea project will consist of 17 properties – which includes 1 triplex, 4 duplexes, and 6 free-standing homes, with all construction commencing simultaneously, delivered at the same time; approximately December 2016. There will be completed homes only; no lot sales. Prices will range from $1.9M up to $4M, with low HOAs. They are still about a month away from releasing the first phase of homes for sale.

With the renowned Hawaii and San Fransisco Philpotts Interiors as the designers, and at the size and price range, I expect these to be top-quality, modern high-end homes and look forward to an exclusive fresh new development. There is some general information on the website: www.laulea.ca. I will continue to update as information and marketing materials are available.

We are not the developers agency, and therefore would act as a buyer’s broker on your behalf (with the commission paid by sellers). As many of my mainland clients will confirm, it is in your best interest to have a buyer broker represent you during construction, especially one who lives in the resort!

A hui hou; living and loving my resort life!
