This is a brand new, remodeled unit located in the very popular Island Sands, located on the ground floor for easy access.

Remodeling includes no popcorn ceiling, brand new porcelain tile flooring throughout, kitchen and bathroom cherry cabinets, and granite counters. New shower tile surround the refinished tub in the bath, and there’s also a new fridge, stove, washer/dryer, and built-in microwave. The hot water heater and dishwasher are about one year old.

This condo is walking distance to shopping, activities, snorkeling, whale watching, and restaurants. Not to mention Maui’s longest walking beach (4.5 miles) is just down the street. Don’t wait, grab this one today. They’re just putting the finishing touches on the remodeling.

Nearby Activities

There is so much to do on Maui and you can spend a whole day just in Ma’alaea! For starters, you have the harbor with lots of boating activities. The Maui Ocean Center is also found here, where you can learn a lot about the fish in our ocean, enjoy a huge walk-through aquarium, specials just for kids, and a gift shop!

Fifteen minutes up Hwy 30 and you are at the Maui Tropical Plantation. Here you can go on narrated tram rides of the plantation, take a ride on the zip line, buy some Hawaii Coffee from the country store, watch how to husk a coconut, and more!

Head further up Hwy 30 and visit the lush Iao Valley. Visit the Kepaniwai Park’s Heritage Gardens then head on up to the 1,200 foot Iao Needle. There are beautiful trails if you have time for a hike.

Travel on into Wailuku town and visit the Green Dragon Farmers’ Market. They have fresh fruits, vegetables, and local arts and crafts.

I could write a book on what there is to do on Maui, but then I wouldn’t have time to show you how you can own a home on Maui!
