Residential Ridge Neighborhoods on Oahu’s Desirable South Shore – Hawaii Loa Ridge

In my second installment of Oahu’s Southeast “ridge” communities, I’d like to focus on Hawaii Loa Ridge. Hawaii Loa Ridge is an upscale, gated ridge community consisting of a little over 500 homes at higher elevations to upwards of 1,000 feet. Estates located within the ridge provide dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean, Hawaii Kai, and Diamond Head.

Community Amenities

Association amenities include private roads with controlled access and 24-hour security. Tennis courts, park and picnic stations, a clubhouse, and a professionally managed Homeowners Association are also a part of this exclusive ridge community. Please visit the Hawaii Loa Ridge Association website for additional information.
