Waipake’s rainfall is 40-60 inches per year. Average rainfall tends to increase the further you drive toward the end of the road Kee Beach Park, or inland toward the mountains.
For example, Kalihiwai Ridge gets 80-160 inches, Princeville gets 60-80 inches, and Hanalei and Haena get up to 120 inches of rain per year on average.

This is a gorgeous property – serene, spacious and the perfect island oasis. The photos do not do it justice. Every time I visit, I feel transported, renewed and inspired. Every detail has been attended to in the design and decor.
