In Waialae Nui Valley, out of 416 condos that comprise the three associations of apartment owners at Waialae Gardens, Tropic Gardens 1 and Tropicana Village – Makai, there are currently no active listings. 

An overview of the past 24 months sales shows that the 2 bedroom / 2 bath condos seem to have leveled off at an average sales price of $465K. Whereas the 3 bedroom / 2 bath condos have gone from $500K up to the new high of $584K.
