Top Selling Kauai Realtors: The Most Successful Sales and Listing Team on Kauai

Come to Kaua’i and experience the most awesome beauty and quality of life available anywhere. Welcome to the land of rainbows, waterfalls, epic surf breaks, and fabulous beaches. Hawaii is the most secluded chain of islands in the world and Kaua’i is the most removed from the chain of main islands. Because of this, the air and water quality around Kaua’i are unsurpassed.

Kaua’i, being the northern most island, enjoys constant tradewinds and ocean temperatures in the 70-80s. The entire northwestern Na Pali Coast of Kaua’i offers some of the most breathtakingly beautiful scenery that will move your very soul.

Top Sales and Listing Team on Kauai

Neal Norman (REALTOR-B) and Amy Marvin (REALTOR-S) have been residents of Kaua’i for many decades and working in real estate here since 1985. In 2008, they teamed up to create the most powerful sales and listing team on the island.

Already closing over 45 million dollars in sales for 2012, the “Dream Team” are maintaining their #1 position for the 4th year in a row. Neal personally has sold more real estate on the north shore of Kaua’i than any other agent since 1985, with over 400 million dollars in sales for that period.

We are also strong as listing agents and have amazing results with our own listings of selling them faster then any other broker. Approximately 30% of our overall closings involve us representing both buyer and seller. We have sold some of the highest priced and most iconic properties on Kaua’i. We have deep knowledge of our real estate community and so have many properties to share with buyers that are not listed,” says Amy.

Neal has one of the longest and strongest client bases in the business. Amy has decades of local knowledge and customer service with aloha. Together they are a force that should represent YOU whether you are a buyer or a seller…and as if this team is not enough…enter William Eckert (REALTOR-S) a.k.a. “Billy”.

I’m looking to get a feel on the market for selling my condo at HBR unit 2305-6. My sister had reserved the condo to 5/11 but couldn’t make it, so it is good to visit if you’d like. Just let me know. I had it listed 2013-14 and had 2 offers for about $460 which made it to escrow but failed.
I will not sell for less than this. I’m in no hurry but thought this would be a good time to review the seller’s market since HBR has been working on its image.
Aloha,
David
