Resort Report – Mauna Lani Resort Condo Sales For June/July 2012
After updating the Waikoloa Beach Resort condo sales in our previous blog, we took a look at the Mauna Lani Resort.
The number of units sold has remained flat and in a low range for the past year. When compared to the slight uptrend in Waikoloa, this might be attributed to the lower priced inventory in Waikoloa moving faster.
Here’s the median price graph:
The trend is not as dramatic as it is in Waikoloa (again the lower priced inventory may be moving faster), but we would say the price trend is slightly up here. Inventory levels continue to be low and there are far fewer distresses properties reaching the market.
